Refund and Return Policy

  1. Return Eligibility: Items are eligible for return if they are unopened and returned in the same condition as they were sent. The return must be initiated within 14 days of the order receipt.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, you will receive return instructions via email.

  3. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered.

  4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  5. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.   6. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Katb@Back2NatureHerbals.com.
